MASTER LIST OF CALIFORNIA LICENSED CONTRACTORS

A list of license information broken into three files: license master, workers’ compensation, and personnel file.

LICENSE MASTER: Provides information for all licenses that are currently renewed, or *expired but renewable. Licenses that are cancelled, revoked, or expired non-renewable are not included. Information provided includes license number, business name, address, telephone number, license status, issue/expiration dates, classification(s), bond information, and workers’ compensation information.

* A license may be renewed within five (5) years of expiration. If a license is expired for more than five years, a new application for licensure must be submitted per Business & Professions Code section 7141.

PERSONNEL: Provides information for personnel currently associated with a renewed, or expired but renewable license. Information provided includes license number, personnel names, titles, classification(s), and bond information. Disassociated personnel are not included.

NOTE: Email addresses are not provided (Business & Professions Code Section 27)

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION: Provides current/most recent workers’ compensation information for renewed, or expired but renewable licenses. Information provided includes license number, workers’ comp coverage type, workers’ comp company, policy number, and policy dates.
