Section 884 of Title 16, Division 8 of the California Code of Regulations – Civil Penalty Increase for Disciplinary Action

On August 17, 2023 the Office of Administrative Law approved CSLB’s Civil Penalty Increase for Disciplinary Action regulations as changes without regulatory effect pursuant to the requirements of California Code of Regulations, title 1, section 100 and filed the action with the Secretary of State. This regulatory action became effective August 17, 2023.

Section 858.2 of Title 16, Division 8 of the California Code of Regulations - Application for Approval of Blanket Performance and Payment Bond
