Contractors State License Board Releases Information on Licensee Arrested in San Diego TV Sports Anchor Shooting
Suspect has been licensed contractor since 1991SACRAMENTO – The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) is releasing the following public information on a licensee arrested yesterday and charged with the shooting of San Diego television sports anchor, Kyle Kraska. The suspect in that shooting, Mike Montana, holds a C-33 Painting license (#618206) issued by CSLB on April 22, 1991. Following is historical information about the Superior Painting license:
|April 22, 1991||CSLB License #618206 issued as a sole ownership entity
to Ernest Ingram in the business name Ernest Ingram Painting
|November 22, 1999||CSLB received a filed court decree from the licensee,
legally changing his personal name from Ernest Ingram to Mike Montana.
|October 8, 2002||CSLB received notification of a judgment awarded to Vista
Paint Corporation, by the Los Angeles County Municipal Court.
Because the judgment entry date was more than 90 days prior to notification,
by law, the license was automatically suspended effective 10/8/2002.
|November 14, 2002||Mr. Montana submitted to CSLB proof of personal bankruptcy
to comply with the judgment. The judgment suspension was lifted.
