Decisions Pending and Opportunities for Public Participation

Meeting Notices and Agendas

The schedule of upcoming Board and Committee meetings are posted on the Board's Web site. Regulation Hearings are included as an agenda item within a Board Meeting. Agenda's for the meetings are also posted on the Board's Web site 10 days prior to the meeting date.

Board and Committee Meetings are open and the public is invited to attend. Time is scheduled during the meetings to provide the public with an opportunity to address the Board. The public may speak on items not on the noticed agenda; however, the Board may not take action on such items during the meeting. The public may also speak on items on the noticed agenda before the Board takes action on those items during the meeting.

Laws and Regulations Relevant to Current Public Proceedings

The public may participate in the rulemaking/regulatory process by submitting written comments to the Board or by presenting oral comments at Board meetings. When the Board proposes to adopt, amend, or repeal one of its regulations, the public is provided an opportunity to submit written comments during the noticed public comments period.
