Welcome to CSLB's Most Wanted
The Worst of the Worst - Avoid These Phony Contractors & Con Artists
In our ongoing effort to protect California consumers, CSLB has identified the worst unlicensed violators who are known to prey on vulnerable and unsuspecting homeowners who are involved in new home or home improvement projects. Complaints against the following unlicensed individuals have been lodged with CSLB, law enforcement agencies, and district attorneys around the state.
One man on the Most Wanted list, Maico Merdinand Dimla, is accused of conspiracy to cheat/defraud CSLB licensees and applicants for a CSLB license. In May 2013, Dimla's accomplice, Luis Flores, pled guilty to one felony charge.
